How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancellation happens through the App Store or Google Play, not through KnowMax.

iOS: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → KnowMax → Cancel.
Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → KnowMax → Cancel.

How do I delete my account?

Inside the app: Profile → Account → Delete Account.

From the web (if you lost access): knowmax.co.in/delete-account.

I'm not receiving the sign-in email.

Check your spam folder first. If still missing, wait 5 minutes — magic-link emails can take a moment. Email us if it doesn't arrive within 10 minutes and we'll look into your account.

The shield isn't appearing when I open a gated app.

iOS: reopen KnowMax once and grant Family Controls permission again. Check Settings → Screen Time → KnowMax is allowed.

Android: check Settings → Accessibility → KnowMax is enabled. The Accessibility Service can be disabled by some battery-saver tools — also check your phone's app-protection settings.
