Note: Generate Terms of Service via Termly.io and paste the HTML into marketing-site/content/terms.html, then update app/terms/page.tsx to read from that file (same pattern as Privacy).

Until terms are published, use these defaults to keep App Store / Play Store submissions unblocked:

• By using KnowMax, you agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to bypass the reading gate by exploiting vulnerabilities.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Apple App Store or Google Play. You can cancel anytime via your App Store / Play Store subscription settings.
• Article content is sourced from public-domain and Creative Commons (CC BY / CC BY-SA / CC BY-ND / CC0 / US-government) sources and attributed to original authors.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
• The service is provided "as is" without warranty. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the previous 12 months.
